Meet Dr. Stiles
Dr. Stiles graduated from Grove City College in 1979. He received his dental degree in 1984 from the Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School. Upon graduation, he returned to his hometown of Medford and established his private practice in cosmetic and general dentistry. Dr. Stiles received his Fellowship degree from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) in 1995.
Fellowship in AGD was created more than 50 years ago to honor those who clearly recognize and embrace the professional obligation to remain current in their knowledge and skills in order to insure delivery of the highest quality oral healthcare and to better serve patients. Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry has evolved today into the most recognizable designation within the dental profession of commitment to continuing education, and it serves as a model by which to measure professional excellence.
In addition to being a Fellow in Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Dr. Stiles is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), International Team for Implantology (ITI) and numerous dental study clubs. Dr. Stiles is proud to be a part of the NJ ADA Donated Dental Service wherein he provides dentistry for people with disabilities or who are elderly or medically at-risk and cannot afford dental care.
Through hard work and sacrifice, Dr. Stiles continues to demonstrate his commitment to the dental profession by maintaining knowledge and skills at the highest possible level, and to continue the educational process uninterrupted. For the past 6 years, Dr. Stiles has spent numerous hours training and being a part of the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, a world-leader in offering the finest broad-based, unbiased, and complete continuing education for the dental profession. Of particular interest has been single visit crowns with CEREC 3D, restoring implants, and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Stiles also receives the most advanced training for the CEREC 3D at the Scottsdale Center. The CEREC training environment provides hands on masterful curriculum, gifted instructors, and an environment that is idea for advanced learning. It is all supplemented with unlimited online access for case assistance and course library. It is amazing how many learning opportunities are available for dentist in the 21st century.
The "Golden Rule" is a favorite saying at Stiles Dental Care. Treating others as you would want to be treated, in all of your interactions, will ultimately lead to your own happiness and make the community you live in a better place. It is not uncommon for the entire office to engage in our own book study just simply to reinforce values and expectations. Our favorite, Fish, by Stephan Lunden, Ph.D., reminds us that work can be a fun place. Our latest book, The Energy Bus, by Jon Gordon, inspires us to stay positive.
When Dr. Stiles is away from his office he takes pleasure in spending time with his wife and three children (Matt, Andy and Becky). He enjoys almost all things outdoor, fishing and fitness activities. You may see him running the streets of Medford with his dog "Jetty", a Springer Spaniel.
We look forward to meeting you!
